We are recruiting: cook (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in La Paz County, Arizona. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
