What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Day to day you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull.
