Vacancy available: building site helper (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Rio Grande County, Colorado. You will work with a civil contractor. You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day On the job you will handle: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
