Quality assurance assistant — Hampshire County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will work in an automotive parts factory. On a typical shift you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
