Join our team: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
