Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Union County, North Carolina. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
