You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter 5+ years on the tools preferred.
