Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
