Day to day you will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns.
