We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Staffordshire, England. You will be based at a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope. What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
