Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Harlan County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
