Scullery hand — City of Manassas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in City of Manassas, Virginia. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
