Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Lee County, Alabama. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Performance bonus on top of base pay.
