Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry 4+ years on the tools preferred.
