Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Akamkpa, Cross River State. Day to day you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run.
