Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Sierra County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Sierra County, California. You will work in an HVAC service company. What we are looking for: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Day-to-day duties: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Full-time with occasional weekends.
