Cnc turner wanted in Clinton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turner in Clinton County, Illinois. The job is at a busy machine shop. On a typical shift you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred 3+ years on the tools preferred.
