Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Nash County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Day-to-day duties: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Rotating shifts.
