Quality assurance assistant wanted in Pawnee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Pawnee County, Nebraska. You will be based at a food processing unit. On a typical shift you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
