Health and safety supervisor — Allamakee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Allamakee County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
