Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Calumet County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Part-time with flexible hours.
