Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Fulton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Fulton County, New York. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
