Short order cook wanted in Wells County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Wells County, Indiana. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
