Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Seminole County, Florida. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
