Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jackson County, Tennessee. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
