Now hiring: we are hiring a bar waiter in Caldwell County, Texas. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
