Vacancy available: industrial painter (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial painter in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
