Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Bennett County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install toughened and laminated safety glass; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points. What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Full-time with occasional weekends.
