Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Eagle County, Colorado. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
