Horticulturist wanted in Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Hancock County, Kentucky. You will work in a residential garden complex. On a typical shift you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
