Join our team: back-of-house cleaner (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in City of Covington, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
