Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Butts County, Georgia. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads. Requirements: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
