Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Noxubee County, Mississippi. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
