Cold store insulation technician • Albany County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Albany County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
