Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cardiff, Wales. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around £2,850 per month, based on your experience.
