Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Furnas County, Nebraska. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms We offer $19 per hour plus benefits.
