Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Venango County, Pennsylvania. The job is at an infrastructure site. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
