Wheel loader operator • Ouachita County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will work at a stone quarry. The role involves: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
