Join our team: backhoe operator (South Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Clay County, South Dakota. You will work in an open-cast quarry. The role involves: • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
