Halal butcher — Dundee City

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Dundee City, Scotland. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
