Bread baker — City of Alexandria

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in City of Alexandria, Virginia. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
