Powder coater wanted in Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Fayette County, Georgia. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
