Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Will County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
