Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ness County, Kansas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
