Ideal candidate: • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations The role involves: • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot 2+ years on the tools preferred.
