Gas commissioning technician wanted in Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Montgomery County, Kansas. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration The role involves install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
