Back-of-house cleaner — Davidson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Davidson County, North Carolina. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 2+ years on the tools preferred.
