Skimming plasterer — Bedford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Bedford County, Tennessee. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. On a typical shift you will check walls for plumb and level as you go; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
