We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Martin County, Minnesota. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. You will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
