Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixer in Rhea County, Tennessee. The job is on a busy residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
